At Miller & Co., we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Miller & Co. ships exclusively within Canada.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

Order Processing

All orders are processed before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Processing Time

  • 2–3 business days

  • Monday through Friday

  • Excluding weekends and public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day whenever possible.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

  • Cost: Free

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

  • Cost: CAD $12.95

Please note that delivery estimates begin after the processing period has been completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking allows you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Miller & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team promptly.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos if the package arrived damaged

Our team will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
